Job Description
The Digital Analyst is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating the performance of digital journeys, relying on a solid understanding of fundamental web analytics principles (visits, unique visitors, traffic sources, etc.) and tracking data. He ensures the preparation of regular reports and communicate key insights to stakeholders. In close collaboration with digital teams, the Digital Analyst actively participates in digital projects as well as the management and maintenance of internal tools. They provide support to users and keep abreast of developments in the field of digital analytics.
Main tasks and goals:
1. Digital Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analyses of web data to evaluate the performance of digital ecosystems.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of collected data by understanding and verifying tracking plans and measurement configurations.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in the data to support strategic decision-making.
2. Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on digital performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize visualization tools to present data in a clear and accessible manner.
3. Support
- Provide first-level technical and functional support to users and internal teams on the use of Adobe Analytics.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in interpreting data.
- Train users on best practices for digital analysis.
- Collaborate closely with digital teams to meet their analytics and data needs.
- Conduct Adobe Analytics training sessions for our collaborators
4. Project Management
- Participate in the management and tracking of ongoing analytics projects.
- Propose ideas and solutions to enhance analysis and reporting processes.
5. Technology Watch
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the field of digital analytics.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to optimize data analysis.
- Advanced degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience (minimum of 3 years) in data web analysis.
- Experience in user training and support.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics (certification is a plus) or at least professional experience with GA4
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday).
- Understanding of cookie consent management tools.
- Fluent level of French and English (at least C1 level);
- Ability to analyze complex data sets an derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting techniques and data visualization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
