Senior Legal Counsel

JOB PURPOSE: Develop and implement the overall legal strategy and governance, framework, ensuring alignment with FAB Asset Management priorities. Define the operating framework in consultation with other teams and ensure robust policies and controls exist to adhere to all statutory requirements. Oversee the Legal affair of FAB Asset management, providing legal consultation to all business functions and stakeholders. Guide and lead litigation management efforts, shaping litigation risk policies and enhancing corporate governance structures. Foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, ensuring effective coordination and business partnership in adherence with legal frameworks
