  • To develop strategic and operating plans for the department together with annual budgets for the vehicle brand.
  • To analyze sales data, financial reports, and other performance metrics to make informed business decisions and implement improvements.
  • To coordinate public relations activities, advertising, and sales promotion activities in relation to new and existing products.
  • To purchase vehicles for sales according to the company policy and procedures.
  • To manage the Sales Team to achieve agreed profit levels and Sales Targets.
  • To participate in Performance Appraisals and any Company training activities.
  • To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
  • To perform any other duties as directed by The General Manager.
