We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Marketing Communications Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful execution and communication of divisional marketing initiatives across the Services Division. The role supports the delivery of strategic communications, content development, campaign coordination, and brand stewardship to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. Working closely with the Divisional Marketing Manager and in-market teams, the Marketing Communications Lead will help ensure the effective execution of marketing activities through compelling storytelling, digital content, internal communications, agency coordination, execution monitoring, and the effective use of AI and marketing technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and brand consistency across the portfolio.
THE ROLE:
The responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Lead include:
Developing engaging content for digital and traditional channels, including social media, videos, presentations, internal communications, speeches, and marketing collateral.
Managing and growing the Division’s social media presence through creative storytelling, community engagement, and data-driven content strategies.
Supporting brand stewardship by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Coordinating relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports, insights, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Supporting public relations, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
Leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and technologies to improve content creation, audience engagement, operational efficiency, and marketing performance.
Conducting brand audits and execution reviews to ensure marketing standards, campaign visibility, and brand consistency are maintained across markets.
Identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and enhanced customer engagement through emerging marketing trends and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or social media role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
Experience with AI tools for content generation, optimization and social media management.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content (e.g., videos, graphics, social media posts).
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with video production and editing.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Familiarity with social media analytics and marketing reporting tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
