Coordinate daily activities in the facility.
Make decisions working with peers in the following areas.
Procurement, - Maintaining spare parts, proper raw material inventory
Safety – Always providing a safe work environment
Production – Knowledge and operation of all plant equipment
Scheduling – partner with the scheduling group to produce the correct material
Shipping
Mixing
Office admin
Quality control – manage all third part inspections and maintain co. quality standards
Maintenance – manage a maintenance dept./crew
Human Resources – payroll, insurance, fair enforcement of rules, etc.
