This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on strengthening and scaling Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities across complex digital experience programs. You will define architectural direction and drive technical excellence across AEM ecosystems, including Sites, Assets, Headless CMS, Cloud Service, and Edge Delivery Services. The position combines deep solution architecture expertise with innovation responsibilities, particularly around Generative AI and Agentic AI integration into enterprise digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and competency leaders, to standardize best practices and ensure scalable, high-quality implementations. This is also a people leadership role, where you will mentor and grow technical teams while building long-term capability maturity.
