Job Description

Role Main Purpose:

To ensure consistent messaging and effective communication with all stakeholders, including media, fans, sponsors, and internal staff, while promoting the organization's brand and values.

Operational Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage media relations, including preparing press releases and handling media inquiries.
  • Oversee the creation of communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and editorial content.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the organization's communication strategy.
  • Monitor public perception and media coverage, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts, providing guidance and support during critical situations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase in positive media coverage.
  • Enhanced stakeholder engagement metrics.
  • Successful execution of communication campaigns

Education & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  •  Experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in the Media sector.
