Tamheer

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Be a Saudi national.
• Be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website.
• Hold a diploma (minimum 1 academic year / 2 semesters) from an accredited technical, health, or administrative institute or college.
• Alternatively, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a Saudi or internationally recognized university accredited by the Ministry of Education. If the degree is from a foreign university, an official equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education must be provided.

• Have no more than 1 year of prior work experience in either the public or private sector.

   

• Not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
• Not fall under any HRDF ineligibility criteria
• Not have previously exceeded the Tamheer program limit (maximum of 2 opportunities totaling no more than 6 months).
• Not be excluded from the Tamheer Graduate Development Program.
