Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating complete cycle of Performance management system in the plant.
- Facilitating employee engagement, ensure engagement action plan formulation and its execution to drive engagement at plant.
- Facilitating organization development initiatives.
- Facilitating & driving Reward and Recognition program.
- Responsible for Learning & development - Leadership and Behavioural training.
- Responsible for plant manpower planning & HR Budget.
- Facilitating manpower planning of DF manufacturing and initiate recruitment against vacancies/sanctioned positions.
- Responsible for resolution of shop floor grievances.
- Counselling of absent employees and initiating disciplinary action process for habitual cases.
- Representing management before various authorities under various labour laws.
- Facilitating PMS (Operators/Technicians)
- Facilitating contractors for resolving Contract labour Union issues/disputes.
- Coordinating with company’s lawyers for various court cases & to liaison with various govt. authorities
