Job Description
The experience we're looking for
• 3-5 years of experience in data analyst and reporting with Power BI experience.
• Strong stakeholder’s managements skills to understand business needs and provide reporting and insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI tool with DAX query and perform complex data transformation and modelling utilizing power query to streamline reporting.
• Hands on experience with advanced excel macros to automate manual activities and generate insights report.
• Generate actionable insights reports based on existing dashboards/reports and presented to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred skills: HR Shared Services data (HR Operations KPIs) , knowledge of ServiceNow for HR case Shared Service, SQL exp.
Nice to Have: SAP SuccessFactors
