allnex is looking for an experienced colleague to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including repacking, mixing, receiving, storing, and dispatching materials. You will ensure accurate system updates, maintain safe and efficient handling of stock, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, and contribute to inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes.

Responsibilities
- Repack and transfer materials into required pack sizes.
- Mix pigments, gelcoat/flowcoat, and other materials based on customer orders.
- Perform slitting and cutting of products as needed.
- Accurately record all repacking, mixing, and slitting activities in Odoo/SAP.
- Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Receive, store, pick, and arrange delivery or collection of customer orders.
- Liaise with transport companies and 3PL providers.
- Participate in stocktake and cyclic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Check incoming stock and update records in Odoo and SAP.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Load and unload trucks and maintain the condition of stock.
- Maintain housekeeping of the trade shop, warehouse, and yard areas.
- Work collaboratively in a small team and support various branch operations as needed.
- Become multi-skilled across warehousing and delivery functions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety and allnex’s EEO programme.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager or State Manager.
Required skills and experience
- Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
- Strong focus on health and safety practices.
- Current forklift licence.
- Good numerical accuracy and ability to calculate figures quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team to meet dispatch requirements.
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) with the ability to learn and operate ERP systems.
- Dangerous Goods knowledge is an advantage.
Qualifications
- High School level Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or experience in complying with dangerous goods regulations and hazardous materials storage is a plus
