Position overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and process driven Travel & Expense (T&E) Process Lead to join our Global Business Services Finance organization. In this role, you will oversee and continuously improve the global T&E process-ensuring operational efficiency, policy compliance, strong vendor governance, and a seamless user experience across the company.

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of T&E systems, financial processes, and travel program management. This role requires excellent analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead both process optimization initiatives and a high performing operational team. The T&E Process Lead will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, supporting audits, and enhancing end to end process quality in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer T&E platforms, maintain configurations, workflows, integrations, and coordinate with system vendors. 
  • Manage global corporate credit card program and ensure accurate expense processing, reconciliation, and accounting. 
  • Build and manage relationships with travel vendors; analyze travel trends and implement vendor changes or new solutions. 
  • Drive end to end T&E process improvements, ensure policy compliance, support audits, and implement corrective actions. 
  • Provide training, stakeholder support, and communication; serve as the main contact for T&E queries. 
  • Deliver reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis; prepare management insights based on travel and spend data. 
  • Lead and develop the Riga based T&E team to ensure performance and growth.

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Travel & Expense management in a corporate environment. 
  • Proficiency with SAP Concur and travel booking platforms, including administration and reporting. 
  • Leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience in process improvement, compliance, or financial operations. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and data analysis skills; high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage complexity, work under pressure, and drive outcomes independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in English (spoken and written),to communicate with a global organization and/or customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
