Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment planning and inventory for warehouses in the NAM region and Mexico.
- Utilize data resources to analyze trends, drive improvements, and align with PLMs and the planning lead to meet overall business and corporate targets.
- Act on slow-moving, obsolete, and off-grade inventory, obtaining necessary approvals for returns, disposals, or write-offs.
- Coordinate with Quality representatives at source plants to ensure timely requalification of all inventories (valued and non-valued) before expiration, and update data in ERP and third-party systems (e.g., shelf-life extension, code adjustments).
- Escalate stockouts or inventory risks promptly to avoid impacts on customer deliveries.
- Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Provide regular reporting as requested to the regional planning lead.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or logistics/supply chain processes.
- Experience with inventory management, supply chain planning, and international transportation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) required; SAP experience preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes that may impact daily activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
