The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional bid role. We are seeking someone who can lead large, complex pursuits from strategy through to submission, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while shaping compelling and commercially sound solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with operational leaders, technical SMEs, commercial teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions that demonstrate innovation, operational excellence, and client value.
What You’ll Be Doing
• leading end-to-end bid and tender management activities across complex FM opportunities
• driving bid governance, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination with strong project management discipline
• facilitating solution development workshops to shape client-focused service delivery models
• translating operational capability into compelling written submissions and win themes
• managing multiple concurrent pursuits while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• coordinating contributors across operations, finance, procurement, HSEQ, technology, and supply chain teams
• identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the bid lifecycle
• continuously improving bid processes, tools, and methodologies
What We’re Looking For
• exceptional project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage complex deadlines and competing priorities
• proven experience managing bids, tenders, proposals, or major projects within Facilities Management, Property, Infrastructure, or related industries
• strong commercial and strategic thinking capability
• highly developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• the ability to develop innovative, client-centric solutions
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across diverse teams
• a passion for delivering quality outcomes and winning work
Workplace Flexibility
To support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site our Worl Square Office. After completion of training, there may be an opportunity for a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
