Conduct field testing for new products
Generate service and technical reports on product performance
Communicate with MSP personnel on modifications needed on products based on customer application needs
Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Perform factory service on MSP vaporizers
