Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
10+ years of product development, with Electrical Engineering experience from the concept phase through the launch phase, with leadership over the electrical HW and FW portion
Board hardware and system design expertise with a track record of taking products from concept to mass production with focus on hardware specification development to drive design and development
Embedded HW and SW (C/C++) design with 32-bit microcontrollers
Experience in complex and sensitive Analog circuit design, testing and troubleshooting techniques to support precision sensors
Experience with low-power DC/DC power supplies and rechargeable battery systems
Expertise in industry standards such as USB, PCI Express, memory interfaces, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and JTAG
Expertise in PSpice or equivalent circuit simulation tools
Experience with embedded systems debugging (JTAG/UART/Oscilloscopes/Logic Analyzers)
Expertise in schematic capture, EMI/EMC and grounding principles, PCB design oversight, low-power analog design, and board-level circuit troubleshooting
Experience in verification and validation, test plans/methods development to ensure product reliability and performance targets are met
Experience leading and mentoring other engineers
Experience with analog-to-digital conversion, digital logic, memory, and signal processing
Expertise in translating EMC/CE/UL compliance requirements into design requirements and resolving EMC/Safety issues with third party lab certifications
Experience with scripting languages (Python, BASH, Perl) to support design automation and daily tasks
