Job Description
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Directly performing legal proceedings to handle and recover debts:
- Directly work with customers, guarantors and related parties to find the fastest, most feasible and effective debt recovery plan.
- Assess the possibility of debt settlement and recovery by legal proceedings/receiving collateral to replace the debt repayment/debt deduction for submission to the competent authority for approval;
- Participating in the lawsuit process from the stage of preparing the lawsuit dossier, participating in the trial and receiving the court's judgments and decisions;
- To request judgment enforcement for debts for which a legally effective judgment/decision has been issued and to urge the organization of judgment enforcement by civil judgment enforcement agencies/ bailiffs' offices;
- Complete the procedures before, during and after the sale of collateral and coordinate with related units to implement the after-sale procedures.
- Coordinating with professional units of TCB to participate in solving criminal cases in accordance with regulations of TCB, the Company and the law.
- Proactively propose the Debt Management Center to give opinions on debt/mortgage settlement plans, problems arising in the process of debt settlement, and coordinate the implementation of the approved plan.
- Directly work with competent state agencies in the process of criminal justice (courts, procuracies, judgment enforcement, police agencies...);
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between the Company and other units in the system and with other relevant organizations (Courts, Procuracy, Police, Judgment Execution...).
