A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting payroll operations across multiple U.S. states in a complex environment. Canadian payroll experience across multiple provinces is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements
Experience with payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and integrations (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, SAP, or similar HRIS/payroll systems)
Experience performing payroll audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
Payroll certification (FPC, CPP, or Canadian payroll coursework) preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
