5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling, preferably in FMCG/food or manufacturing.
Strong expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and OPEX control.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Proven ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness to drive profitability.
Excellent communication skills with experience in partnering sales & marketing teams and influencing decisions.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage month-end close, reporting, and ERP projects.
