Job Description

  • Serve customers by selling Tecan liquid handling and detection products in the assigned France territory.
  • Act as the first-line liaison between Tecan and customers, identifying their needs and providing suitable solutions through a consultative selling approach.
  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned product lines within the territory.
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Service, Detection and Automation teams to develop and maintain sales opportunities.
  • Support current and existing products and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain high-level consultative system sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations, installations, and customer training.
  • Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows and events.
  • Manage customer accounts, complete all required information in the CRM system, and provide feedback to management on new potential applications or competitive landscape.
  • Represent Tecan France with integrity and honesty in all business contacts.
