Job Description

  • Empower Service Teams: Equip and support our teams to be effective, efficient, and commercially successful.
  • Develop Strategies & Business Models: Create and implement strategies and new business models for field service and support, serving both global partnering and life sciences customers.
  • Drive Service Innovation & Digitalization: Lead the development and global rollout of innovative service products, including digital offerings, aligned with Tecan’s service and digital strategies.
  • Deliver Commercial Impact: Grow service sales, recurring revenues, and overall profitability by implementing effective enablement strategies and robust product management. Take accountability for the Service Portfolio & Enablement P&L, ensuring revenue generation and profitability for LSB and PB.
  • Oversee Product Training: Guide the strategic direction and continuous improvement of global product training programs.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Make service a key differentiator for Tecan by delivering customer experiences that exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize service processes, tools, and best practices for maximum impact.
