Senior Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager (SProdM) leads and optimizes project production by challenging traditional fabrication, installation, and construction methods. They support multiple small projects or a large project team while integrating the Boldt Production System (BPS) with Safety and Quality systems. The SProdM drives best practices in production planning, workspace design, supply chain coordination, progress tracking, issue resolution, and production control to maintain steady workflow. They partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to develop production supervision and Last Planners, improving workflow and installer satisfaction.
