Production Technician

About this Position Develop and update safety, quality documents, SOPs, and training materials in compliance with company policies and SHE/QMS requirements. Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization of processes and equipment. Support new product introduction (NPI) and scale-up process evaluation. Plan and manage production to ensure on-time delivery. Support audits and complete assigned tasks efficiently. What you´ll do Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for processes and equipment. Analyze production data, monitor performance, and drive process/quality improvements. Manage safety risks, incident reporting, and corrective actions. Troubleshoot production systems (e.g., MES and related tools). Investigate quality issues and implement corrective measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Report production abnormalities promptly. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
