About the Position
As a Sales Associate I (Verkäufer I) at our Telekom Shop in Cottbus, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and outstanding service. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present tailored telecommunication solutions (mobile and fixed network), and drive sales through effective consulting, cross-selling, and up-selling.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and managing complaints professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to close sales, contributing directly to the success of our shop and strengthening our customer relationships.

- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Effective needs analysis and solution development
- Experience in Cross- and Up-Selling
- Proven sales closing ability
- Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills

- Solid product knowledge in mobile and fixed network services
- Confident complaint management and conflict resolution
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with common CRM systems
- Affinity for digital trends and Smart Home solutions
- Basic technical understanding of network and internet technologies
- Additional language skills (e.g., Turkish, Russian, Arabic)
