About the Position
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the public sector. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture key customer relationships, driving the sales of our cutting-edge Cybersecurity solutions. You'll be adept at applying your strong account management expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and confident presentation abilities to secure new business and foster long-term partnerships. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth by strategically positioning our offerings and navigating complex sales cycles, particularly with public sector clients and relevant procurement laws.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cybersecurity (min. 2 years experience)
- Confident demeanor and strong presentation skills
- Experience with public sector clients and knowledge of procurement law
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge in B2B new customer acquisition
- Understanding of cloud technologies and services
- Experience in broader IT solution sales
- Specific industry knowledge, e.g., in telecommunications
- Relevant Cybersecurity certifications
