About the Position
As our M&A, Associate you will be at the heart of our strategic growth initiatives, driving crucial merger and acquisition projects from inception to successful completion. In this full-time role, ideally bringing 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will leverage your expertise in Financial Modeling, Due Diligence, and Corporate Finance to identify, evaluate, and execute complex M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will span comprehensive company valuation, meticulous M&A process management, and in-depth strategic analysis. You will be key in preparing compelling decision templates, conducting negotiations, and managing diverse stakeholders, ultimately contributing significantly to our corporate development and long-term success.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Proven experience in conducting due diligence processes
- Comprehensive understanding of Corporate Finance principles
- Business-fluent German skills
- Fluent English skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in business valuation
- Knowledge of M&A process management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in preparing decision templates
