Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Wash Bay Techs work to ensure all equipment is cleaned, washed, and dried, and they inspect the inside and outside of the company tanks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inspect and identify tanks or equipment in need of repair
- Perform inbound inspection on apps & tag equipment for current status
- Work with Ops to set up pressure tests for tanks prior to sending tanks out
- Keep the tanks, equipment, and storage containers in the yard organized and clean
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on building systems
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the wash bay and paint booth
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
- Washes trucks, trailers, and equipment in the wash bay
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Performs tank repairs via service calls on locations
- Performs other related Other related duties as assigned

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Entry Level
Computer Skills: Basic
Certificates & Licenses:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Wash Bay Techs generally work outside and travel to different job sites each day. Hours fluctuate and very according to the market demand. No shift can be guaranteed, and long hours may be required. Shifts may begin at different hours of the day or evening. Work is completed in a cautious environment where there are hazards and temperature extremes. Job sites are typically located in very remote locations where urban conveniences may not be available. Wash Bay Techs must drive carefully (as needed), wear proper safety gear, follow all company and site safety rules, and be responsible. This is not only to protect the safety of oneself but for others, the community, and the environment.
