Maintenance/repair of the assigned production equipment using the prescribed techniques
Performs preventative maintenance of manufacturing related equipment using the prescribed techniques.
Inspects equipment to assure safe operating conditions prior to start-up.
Maintains log of repairs and of completed preventative maintenance.
Review all equipment operation/maintenance information/manuals supplied to assembly technicians
Responsible for shutting down equipment due to unsafe and/or process out of control conditions.
Completes equipment changeovers in accordance with established standards
Makes use of all prescribed safety equipment and implement safe work practices
Proper maintenance of workstations – ensure good housekeeping habits
Responsible for knowing and upholding the H&S Policy and for working in a safe manner and reporting all unsafe or unhealthy conditions or acts.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Participates actively in the requirement to retain ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 certification
Adhere to all company policies and practices
Completes assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
Willing to work overtime on weekends and holidays as needed
