VP, Consumer Banking Counsel (Hybrid)

The VP, Consumer Banking Counsel (“VP Counsel”) serves as a senior legal advisor to Georgia United Credit Union, with a primary focus on leading legal, risk, and compliance operations related to consumer banking. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel (“CRO & GC”), this position provides expert legal guidance on all aspects of consumer banking, including deposit products, retail lending, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance. The VP Counsel leads the development, review and negotiation of legal documents related to consumer banking, interprets and applies relevant laws and regulations, and collaborates with business units and outside counsel to resolve consumer banking issues.
