Strategic Purchaser- Service

Responsible for assigned sub-commodity, professional services purchasing, including HR service, marketing, EHS service, admin services as well as services of operation This is a regional role to manage all categories cross plant/ business group in China End to end for Purchase request to purchase order and suppliers management >=10K CNY Analyze Purchase Value and assigned material groups, including Re-RFQ, contract ratio, spend under management, etc. Analyze cost breakdown, provide should cost support Market intelligence report Supplier matrix of assigned material groups Maintain Stakeholder Supplier relationships Achieve PUR KPI, including Saving and cash flow target, purchase efficiency improvement, and process compliance Other tasks assigned by Regional Commodity Manager and Head of Indirect Material and Service Purchasing APAC
