Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage end-to-end business partnerships and experience with sellers and merchants.
- Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the seller's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently
- Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own
- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions
- Own internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, marketing)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce business with mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side
- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High level written and spoken proficiency in English is required for cross country business communication and collaboration to operate in a global working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
