Opportunity –

In this role, you will:

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of learning materials and training content
  • Manage onboarding of new Resource Persons (RPs) and Question Paper (QP) developers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand customized requirements for question papers and execute through external vendors and developers
  • Liaise with resource persons for travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth and comfortable logistics for seminars and training sessions
  • Support the organization and execution of seminars and training activities
  • Maintain and enhance publicly accessible OUP product information
  • Ensure availability and management of sales collateral for effective product representation in the market
  • Enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives in collaboration with teams
  • Coordinate marketing activities and ensure effective implementation with measurable outcomes
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with essential product and competitive information prepared by the marketing team
  • Assist in training sales teams on SMART OUP and support its adoption
  • Maintain and update information on SMART OUP to support planning, reporting, and analysis

About You

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • Graduate with 3–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of publishing or online marketing
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
