Introduction –

As a Manager, Digital Retention, you will directly contribute to ensuring that schools experience sustained value from OUP’s blended learning solutions.

The role is particularly engaging as it combines academic implementation, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with schools, sales teams, and product stakeholders while delivering impactful interventions such as trainings, classroom observations, and engagement activities, both online and offline.
Opportunity –
In this role, you will:
- Support schools in the academic implementation of blended learning products through a mix of online and offline engagement
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of planned academic interventions, including trainings and classroom observations throughout the year
- Address and resolve school queries and concerns by identifying and leveraging the appropriate internal channels
- Collaborate closely with state and regional teams to enhance market presence and increase footprint across assigned geographies
- Conduct product demonstrations in prospective schools to support acquisition efforts
- Coach and support state and regional sales teams to strengthen their effectiveness
- Maintain timely documentation and reporting of all school-facing interventions
- Drive structured and consistent engagement activities to enhance school satisfaction and retention

About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry
- Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (15–20 days per month)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Desirable Criteria
- Teaching or teacher training experience
- Strong alignment with values such as ownership, integrity, and a proactive “Be the Cause” mindset
