Salary range of $42,000 to $49,000
Year-Round with Health and Dental Benefits
Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This position is responsible for the Procurement & inventory maintenance. Maintenance of inventory includes system control of storage locations, managing par levels, and purchasing key items as designated by location or order guide. Procurement of food and beverage, and Lodging Items for the resort.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the resort running effortlessly — making sure every guest experience is supported by seamless operations behind the scenes. Plus, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team in a beautiful resort environment.
Submitting purchase orders to vendors for Par Stock Items & Alcohol purchases
Tracking and updating required par stock levels/order guides/other departmental forms
Creating inventory items in Business Central
Maintaining Count Sheets, Entering counts and compiling results of physical inventory counts and report on the variances
Investigating discrepancies from cycle counts and physical inventory
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
At least 6-12 months of past perpetual inventory experience.
Must have experience with perpetual inventory software; Microsoft Business Central Dynamics experience preferred. Must also possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formula formation etc.).
Proven attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with mathematical calculations and analyzing/interpreting data.
Should have previous experience with financial data and preparing financial statements. Familiarly with month end reconciliations, profit/loss accounting (P&L) is necessary.
