Role Summary

Support Samsung SDS Global SCL Hungary logistics and Billing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking and managing incoming / outgoing invoices

  • Support Billing team activities

  • Contributing to the end of month/quarterly/ year-end closing

  • Using internal systems

  • E-mail checking

  • Upload data in Cello

  • Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor

  • Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

  • Cooperate with other departments

Requirements

Experience: 1 year of relevant experiences

Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, independent, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), precision
