Handled a wide range of administrative and HR support tasks, including travel coordination, visa and work permit management, and employee onboarding and offboarding.Assisted with recruitment activities, liaised with external vendors and staffing agencies, organized internal events, and ensured smooth cooperation with payroll providers and business partner
Key Responsibilities
Administration of company cars
Active participate in organizing company events
Occasionally order taxi
Manage emplyee’s Visa and work permits
Organization of business trips, include hotel and flight reservations and coordinate them with contracted partners
Cooperate and contact with the labor hire companies
Support recruitment processes
Administration of new employee and leaving employee
Cooperate with the external payroll company
Requirements
Experience: 2 years working experience in HR and GA field
Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, high level communication skills in English (both written and verbal), independent and precise work
