Job Description
Configure and administrate SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and related interfaces. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure uptime and reliability. Develop, coordinate, and implement custom configurations to meet business needs. Support the implementation of new components, upgrades, and patches. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing questions, issues, and change requests. Maintain documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting manuals. Coordinate, plan and deploy the system roll-outs.
