Hospice Marketing Liaison
Athena Home Health & Hospice, a leader in continuum of care services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Liaison to join our team. In this salaried position with an incentive program and weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market to grow our hospice census.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources
Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs
Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations
Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic
Manage marketing/sales budgets
Track and evaluate referrals
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants
Requirements:
Experience in sales and marketing preferred
Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required
Bachelor's degree preferred
