Supply Chain - Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator (Fixed-term Contract)

Role Purpose
We are looking for a reliable and structured team member to support our day-to-day customer service operations during a period of internal process improvement.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, including order processing, coordination of deliveries, and communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Handling
- Process and manage customer orders in the system
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
- Support packaging and dispatch activities
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle returns and basic issue resolution
Customer Service Support
- Act as a contact point for customer inquiries (email, phone)
- Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and products
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
- Support resolution of simple customer complaints
Inventory & Coordination
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and availability
- Support basic inventory updates in the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams
- Ensure data accuracy in daily operations
General Support
- Maintain documentation and records
- Follow established processes and guidelines
- Provide administrative support to the supply chain team
Profile
- First experience in customer service, or administration is an advantage
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented
- SAP proficiency mandatory
- Reliable and able to handle routine operational tasks
- Good communication skills and service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support where needed
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- English required
