- Deliver support by troubleshooting advanced technical and product escalations for high-value advertisers, partners, and sales teams.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and share critical customer feedback with Engineering, Product, and Trust & Safety teams to improve feature offerings.
- Develop diagnostic tools, debugging resources, and automated solutions independently or alongside engineering partners to streamline technical workflows.
- Deeply learn and support AI-powered Ads products while tracking emerging market trends and strategic cross-functional opportunities.
- Foster a global team culture and actively participate in a weekend on-call rotation to maintain continuous client success.
