This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Analyst, People Analytics based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of people data, applied research, and strategic HR decision-making. You will lead high-impact analytical work that helps HR and business leaders understand what drives workforce outcomes and how to improve them. Rather than just producing reports, you will design insight systems, dashboards, and narratives that directly shape organizational decisions. The environment is highly analytical and modern, leveraging strong data infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows to maximize impact. You will partner closely with senior HR leaders to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable intelligence.
