Job Description

Work Location: Beijing

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the company's products and solutions in the assigned area
  • Manage main customers in assigned area, actively seek market opportunities, develop new customers, expand regional business
  • Continuously follow up and optimize sales opportunities as per the company’s sales process to ensure effective management of each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Keep an eye on market and competitor dynamics and provide timely feedback on market information
  • Build regional forecasts by customer segment
  • Ensure customer relationship management within the assigned area, and maintain the company CRM system in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Develop business with local distributor/agent networks and coordinate technical support for distributors/agents
  • Execute and maintain all contracts and procurement agreements in the region

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Major in mechanical design and manufacturing automation, mechanical and electrical engineering or related field
  • Familiar with the North China market, especially Shandong and surrounding areas
  • More than 10 years of experience in the sales of industrial automation electronic and electrical products
  • Familiar with high-end manufacturing, rail transit, robotics industry and its business development processes
  • Be able to independently formulate customer sales strategies according to the company's sales strategy and complete the sales targets set by the company
  • Capable of value-based sales, including project-based and solution-based sales.
  • Adapt to high-frequency business trips
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in using office software and familiar with CRM customer management system operation
  • Experience in team coordination or management is preferred
  • Foreign-funded enterprise sales background is preferred
