  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive new business by guiding prospective customers through the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closing.

  • Customer Values & Needs: Conduct proactive calls and discovery conversations to understand customer’s business needs and recommend the right TRSTD solutions.

  • Building Meaningful Customer Relationships: Prepare tailored proposals and manage follow-ups to build strong, trust-based relationships.

  • Structured & Transparent Sales Management: Maintain clear, accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress in our CRM (Salesforce).

  • Collaboration & Shared Learning: Work autonomously while contributing insights, best practices, and ideas to your team by collaborating with colleagues across markets.
