Your Impact at Empire The Warranty Services Representative ensures an exceptional homeowner experience by managing warranty claims and coordinating timely, cost-effective repairs. This role partners closely with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to evaluate issues, resolve concerns, and uphold warranty standards. This role is located on site in multiple assigned communities within the Houston, TX division. Join a company that believes your time outside of work is just as important as your time inside work.  What You’ll Be Doing Each Day   Manage and triage warranty claims, ensuring alignment with construction standards, warranty guidelines, and budget parameters. Coordinate and schedule service work with trade partners to deliver timely, efficient completion of repairs. Communicate proactively with homeowners, including educating them on home maintenance and clarifying warrantable vs. non-warrantable items. Conduct homeowner meetings and follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels.
