Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Fleet) to join our growing team at HHS. This is a hybrid role supporting HHS's Rockville, MD location.
The Sr. Business Analyst (Fleet) will be responsible for supporting the Transportation Services, Transit, Fleet, and Cards Management Programs. This candidate will provide in-depth analysis for the Programs mentioned with a focus on Fleet policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and knowledge of fleet management. Additionally, will review business processes to help diagnose the business’ financial, operational, and technological risks and recommend strategies and process improvements to key business stakeholders. The qualified candidate must have experience managing a major Fleet credit card program either on the bank side or the customer side, preferably someone with GSA SmartPay experience or experience as an Agency/Organization Program Coordinator. The candidate must be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills interfacing with customers and business partners.

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
