The initiative is EPR. EPR?! Yes. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), an environmental policy strategy that places the financial and operational burden of waste management on the producers of goods. It will help make our world go greener – but it’s complex legislation. So, we need your help making EPR easy by supporting our international customers in all kinds of take-back solutions for Packaging, Electronics and Batteries. Approximately 41.000 companies (according to the Danish Ministry of Environment) will need help fulfilling their responsibilities under the EPR program, and this is your time to shine by making compliance straight forward and attractive for them.

We are looking for a structured and motivated Operations Coordinator (early career) to support our Danish operations under the EPR framework. If you are a recent graduate or have up to two years of relevant experience, it’s the perfect opportunity for you to start a career combining operations, sustainability, and international collaboration.

You will be officially employed by Combineering, but referring in all aspects to RLG Systems Germany, meaning that you will have both 2 experienced colleagues in the Danish EPR team to lean on, 55 colleagues in Combineering to meet at the coffee maker, and close to 500 colleagues in RLG to provide the professional backbone of your job. Everyone wants you to succeed and will give you ample space for both professional and personal development.
