About the role
As a Sales Intern at RLG Romania, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales within the sustainability and environmental services industry.
This role is designed to give you a strong foundation in sales processes, client relationship management, and market analysis, while also exposing you to the fast-evolving world of circular economy and EPR compliance.
What we need from you
As a Sales Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to B2B sales and client management while working alongside an experienced team.
Your main activities will include:
- Identifying and researching new business opportunities
- Supporting outreach and lead generation
- Preparing sales presentations and client proposals
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Supporting client meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)
- Collaborating with teams like Legal, Marketing, and Operations
- Staying up to date with environmental regulations (EPR)
- Student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Environmental Studies or similar)
- Good communication skills in Romanian & English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
