Job Summary
Family Dentistry of Blue Ash is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dental Office Coordinator to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office activities including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and available.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dentrix experience is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
