Job Description
- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing sales team.
- Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent customer relationship management (CRM) tracking.
- Model and coach business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
- Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
