Ansell is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!

 

This role requires strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry and the ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive ROI and business growth. It focuses on enhancing online engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue generation through data-driven strategies. The role is responsible for optimizing conversion rates, improving user journeys, and supporting content initiatives to maximize lead generation. Success in this position depends on close collaboration with Ansell’s global digital and creative teams to deliver impactful, integrated marketing solutions.

What your role will be?

  • Builds, tests, and deploys email campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Marketo.

  • Ensures best practices in segmentation, personalization, engagement, and deliverability.

  • Manages campaign workflows including smart campaigns and nurture programs.

  • Utilizes Salesforce for lead management, campaign reporting, data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and revenue attribution.

  • Tracks campaign performance and ensures proper tagging using UTMs and tracking parameters.

  • Partners with business stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and requirements.

  • Performs testing to ensure accuracy of marketing assets prior to launch.

  • Executes and monitors lead routing processes between Marketo and Salesforce, troubleshooting issues and maintaining data integrity.

  • Ensures timely and accurate distribution of leads from campaigns, events, and webinars.

  • Collaborates with team members on lead assignment and handoff processes.

  • Supports webinar and event execution using ON24, including setup and post-event reporting.

  • Manages registration pages, confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinates attendee data flow to ensure proper lead capture and routing.

  • Assists in the execution of paid media campaigns and supports optimization based on performance insights.

  • Tracks campaign performance and ensures proper tagging consistency.

  • Contributes to lead generation strategies aligned with business goals and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Monitors campaign metrics such as CTR, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.

  • Generates and maintains regular campaign performance reports.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Designs or a related field.

Job Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience supporting email marketing, marketing automation operations, and lead management processes.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with ON24 or similar webinar platforms.

  • Understanding of UTM tracking, analytics, and campaign attribution.

  • Knowledge of paid media channels and digital advertising strategies.

  • Experience working with third-party marketing partners or agencies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
